Why Speed Lite PRO 2.0
The Speed Lite 2.0 is our TOP of the range Training Jump Rope. It guarantees performance, quality and resistance of the materials used.
Like the other ropes, Stamina Fitness has a ball joint to help the athlete in stability.
It was developed with the help and feedback of some of the best Italian athletes and is currently used in the largest international competitions.
The steel cable
The package contains the "bare" steel cable, a bare cable without rubberized protection.
This is because we believe it is the most performing and suitable combination for CROSS TRAINING training and competitions and fitness in general.
It is a particular cable, it must be adjusted carefully and tightened with the screw and the terminal supplied.
It comes with a fixed weld on one end and "free" on the other, in order to allow the adjustment and cutting of the unnecessary part of the cable.
Adjustment and Fixing
A thermo-shrinking sheath is inserted inside the adjustment kit. This will allow the screw to tighten the cable in a more "controlled" and definitive way, and above all the athlete to have no more problems during wods and events.
Once the correct height of the cable has been found, the sheath must be inserted in the point where we want to position the block, it must be heated with a heat source and then the washer must be positioned in the center of the sheath.
Everything must then be permanently locked with the screw. The excess cable must be cut with a wire cutter. Finally, the rubber terminal must be inserted to close the bare end of the steel cable.
